At CUBE Creatures, we’re committed to creating an awesome product and customer experience. Since we’re currently in a preorder phase and some orders may be tied to our upcoming Kickstarter campaign, this policy reflects the current state of our business.

💵 $1 Preorder Refunds

If you placed a $1 preorder to reserve a CUBE Creatures Starter Deck, you’re eligible to request a full refund at any time before the final order is completed.

  • No product needs to be returned
  • Simply email us at hello@cubecreatures.com with your order details
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

🕒 30-Day Return Policy (Post-Fulfillment)

We offer a 30-day return window after your order has been delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it
  • It must include original packaging and proof of purchase

📦 How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at hello@cubecreatures.com.

We’ll respond with next steps, including a return shipping label and where to send your item. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we are currently finalizing our fulfillment and return logistics and do not yet have a return facility address.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items marked final sale
  • Digital goods (except the $1 preorder, which is refundable)
  • Used or damaged items outside of fulfillment issues
  • Gift cards

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, email us at hello@cubecreatures.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right — through a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

 

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different item? The quickest way is to return the original and place a new order once your return is approved.

 

🇪🇺 EU Customers: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

 

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund
