Cube Creatures LLC - SMS Terms

This Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”) governs your use of SMS/text messaging services provided by Cube Creatures LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By submitting your phone number at checkout or through our forms, you agree to the following terms, depending on the context in which your number was provided:


📬 1. One-Time SMS Order Notifications (Transactional)

If you place a $1 preorder for CUBE Creatures through our website, you may receive a one-time SMS message to the phone number you provided during checkout. This message is used solely to notify you that your order is ready to complete, such as when our Kickstarter campaign goes live.

  • Purpose: One-time message confirming preorder completion availability
  • Message Frequency: One message only
  • Opt-Out: You may reply STOP at any time before the message is sent
  • Fees: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier

These messages are not used for marketing and do not subscribe you to any ongoing communications.


📢 2. Promotional SMS Messages (Marketing — If Enabled)

Separately, if you explicitly sign up for SMS marketing (via a dedicated opt-in form), you may receive recurring messages about promotions, product releases, and special offers.

  • Consent: You will only receive these if you opt in via a form clearly marked for marketing
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies
  • Opt-Out: Text STOP to cancel or HELP for assistance
  • Fees: Message and data rates may apply

We may use an automated system to send these messages. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.


📱 Additional SMS Disclosures

Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to +1 844-604-2446 (or the number your message was sent from). For help, reply HELP or contact hello@cubecreatures.com. Message and data rates may apply.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may change the phone number or short code we use to send messages at any time. If you send a STOP or HELP message to an outdated number, we may not receive it, and you will remain subscribed.

You agree to provide a valid mobile number. If you change your number, you are responsible for updating your information or resubscribing with your new number.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, or for any actions you take in reliance on such messages.
